This website is dedicated to helping Early Education/Child Care Centers and potential employees (teachers, assistants, aids, etc.) find each other – at no cost! Why do we do this? Simply, because we are committed to decreasing the cost of childcare. However, this site does much more than bring teachers and centers together.

Teachers:  Teachers (including Assistants and aides) are the most important part of an Early Education/Child Care center. It is a challenging but rewarding job – but first you must find the right job!  You can do that here. If you want a permanent job, or want to move up the ladder, or simply want to make yourself available as a temporary/substitute for when you have time to work, you can do that here. Additionally, there will always be helpful articles and advice on how to improve yourself as a teacher and even on how the industry works.

Centers:  The cost of child care has increased significantly in the last decade, and a major component of that is the high cost of Human Resources (HR) Management. Recruitment and advertising is a major contributor to these costs and we wish to help eliminate, or at least significantly minimize, them by providing this website. Here, you can advertise vacant positions, leave them for however long you wish to, and can also access temporary/substitute teachers to fill in while you find a permanent teacher.  Additionally, there will always be helpful articles and advice on how to think about and approach HR issues.

Temporary Staff:  There is a critical need for temporary aides/teachers at centers during times of staff turnover. Additionally, there are many aides/teachers who may be looking for temporary/seasonal work. This website will help both Centers and temporary/seasonal workers find each other at just the right time!
